1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the Afro Art City website. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

3. Products All our products are made to order (print-on-demand). They are manufactured only after your order is confirmed. Each item is therefore unique and personalized.

4. Orders

  • An order becomes final upon validation and payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of issues (stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, etc.).
  • Every order is confirmed by email.

5. Price and Payment

  • Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
  • Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
  • Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the site.

6. Shipping Delivery times are indicated on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. They include production time and shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns In accordance with regulations on personalized and made-to-order products:

  • The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • Returns for change of mind, wrong size or color are not accepted.
  • Only damaged products or those with a printing defect are eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt (with clear photos). For more details, please see our Return Policy.

8. Warranty and Liability We guarantee the conformity of the products to the order. In case of manufacturing defect, we will proceed with replacement or refund. Afro Art City cannot be held liable for indirect damages or losses related to the use of the products.

9. Intellectual Property All designs, visuals, and texts on the site are the exclusive property of Afro Art City. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.

10. Personal Data Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

11. Modification of Terms We may modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your order.

12. Governing Law These Terms are subject to French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
