Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are made to order, we follow this policy:

Returns & Exchanges Returns for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or any other personal reason are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/print defect, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us. In this case, we will offer:

  • A free replacement (most common), or
  • A full refund.

How to proceed

  1. Contact us through the store contact form or email with your order number.
  2. Attach clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Our team (via Printify) will review your request promptly.

Important note: You usually do not need to return the defective item.

We reserve the right to refuse a request if no photos are provided or if the 30-day period has passed.
