We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are made to order, we follow this policy:
Returns & Exchanges Returns for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or any other personal reason are not accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/print defect, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us. In this case, we will offer:
- A free replacement (most common), or
- A full refund.
How to proceed
- Contact us through the store contact form or email with your order number.
- Attach clear photos showing the issue.
- Our team (via Printify) will review your request promptly.
Important note: You usually do not need to return the defective item.
We reserve the right to refuse a request if no photos are provided or if the 30-day period has passed.
