At Afro Art City, all products are made to order. Every order is specially printed for you after payment confirmation.

Production & Shipping Times

• Production: 2 to 7 business days on average.
• Total Delivery Time (production + shipping):
  • France: 7 to 12 business days
  • Europe: 8 to 15 business days
  • Other countries: 12 to 25 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on destination and peak periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on weight, volume, and destination country. They are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order in real time from your customer account.

Shipping Address Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. We cannot modify an address once the order has entered production.

International Orders Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the displayed shipping price.

Possible Delays Afro Art City is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (La Poste, Colissimo, DHL, etc.), customs, or unforeseen events.
