  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Stripe.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Afro Art City does not store or process payment details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Posters

  • Posters are printed and shipped upon order confirmation.
  • Shipping is available worldwide.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • United States: 5 - 15 business days
    • European Countries: 2 - 5 business days
    • EFTA/Northern Europe: 2 - 5 business days
    • Canada: 5 - 15 business days
    • United Kingdom: 5 - 15 business days
    • Rest of the World: 10 - 30 business days
  • Shipping fees vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Wallpapers

  • Wallpapers are available for instant download after purchase.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

Physical Products (Posters)

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect or manufacturing error.
  • In the case of damaged or defective products, customers must submit a request within 30 days of product delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
  • Afro Art City offers a free reprint or refund for damaged or defective items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Digital Products (Wallpapers)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded.
  • By purchasing a digital product, the customer waives the right of withdrawal in compliance with European consumer protection laws.
