At Afro Art City, all products are made to order. This means every order is specially printed for you.

Production and Shipping Times

• Production: 2 to 7 business days (depending on the product).
• Shipping:
  • France & Europe: 5 to 12 business days on average.
  • Other countries: 10 to 20 business days (depending on destination).

Total time from order to delivery is usually 7 to 15 days for France/Europe.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination country, and carrier. They are clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly from your customer account.

Possible Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, or peak periods (Christmas, sales, etc.). We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Shipping Address Please double-check your address when placing an order. We cannot change an address once the order has gone into production.

International Orders Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
