1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Afro Art City website and the sale of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Our Products All our products are made to order (print-on-demand). They are produced only after your order is confirmed. Each item is unique and personalized.
4. Orders and Payment
- Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
- Payment is due immediately.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of issues (stock, pricing error, etc.).
5. Shipping Delivery times are indicated on the product page (usually 5 to 15 days depending on the country). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Return and Refund Policy
- No returns for change of mind, wrong size or color.
- In case of damaged product or printing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt with clear photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund (via Printify).
- Physical return of the item is usually not required.
7. Intellectual Property All visuals, designs, and texts on the site are the exclusive property of Afro Art City. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
8. Liability Afro Art City cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or any prejudice related to the use of the site.
